Advisory focus
Consultancy is framed around a defined question and deliverable — not open-ended second-guessing of other parties.
- Technical due diligence
- Structured review of vessel or project technical risk for transactions or financing discussions.
- Specification reviews
- Review of technical specifications, building contracts and related documentation.
- Marine advisory
- Practical guidance on survey strategy, compliance questions and technical options.
- What we do not do
- We do not issue classification or statutory certificates. Any classification-related activity is only where the relevant society or authority has granted the necessary authorisation.
What to send with an advisory enquiry
A clear question makes a short, useful answer possible.
- The question
- State the decision or risk you want advice on, for example a pending purchase, a financing review or a contract clause.
- The documents
- Specifications, building contracts, survey reports or class records that relate to the question. Partial sets are fine to start.
- The timeline
- Any deadline such as a closing date, a board meeting or a lender request, so scope and turnaround can be agreed up front.
- The deliverable
- A short written opinion, a structured review or a call with your team. We confirm the format before work begins.
