Information we receive

Through the enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we receive the service you selected, your name and email address, and your phone number and company if you choose to give them. We also receive the details you enter about the requirement, which can include vessel name or IMO number, vessel type and location, preferred dates, cargo, quantity, ports, charter terms, rate indications and a free-text message. We record that you confirmed we may contact you about the enquiry.

By email. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Spam protection. The enquiry form contains a hidden field that people never see. Automated programs often fill it in, which lets us discard their submissions. It is not used to identify you.

Who processes it for us

The enquiry form sends your submission to the following services. They act on our behalf to deliver and record enquiries.

• Google Apps Script and Google Sheets record each enquiry in a spreadsheet and send a notification email to our inbox.
